  • House Dressing Company partnered with designer on interior direction and managed all aspects of the project: from permits and structural engineering, to build-out and finishing
  • Front door area reconfigured with built-ins and bench to create more formal entry foyer
  • Living room exterior wall redesigned to include gas fireplace with stone hearth and brick surround, while rough-hewn wood mantle and shelving frame new shiplap TV wall
  • Rear entry area expanded to create mudroom/laundry/powder room – complete with built-in bench and new stone tile floor leading to new screened-in porch
  • Fully-renovated kitchen and dining room include new kitchen island, custom cabinetry with integrated lighting, tile backsplash, built-in window seat (perfect for furry friends!), and Calcutta quartz flowing across all countertops
  • New kitchen range and exhaust finished with arched plaster hood (crafted on-site)
  • Renovated spaces on main level finished with new hardwood floors to match rest of home
  • Main stairway railing and flooring updated to match new styles
  • Lower level family room outfitted with new gas fireplace, new flooring, custom built-ins, and wet bar complete with tile backsplash
  • New lighting plan and fixtures across all renovated spaces
